Love the delivery time and the overall product. I can't get the product to enter text and write to the object. I can't find an instruction manual anywhere on the internet. I cannot reach the gogoluc-us site. The "Ask a question" section in the support section is useless. It doesn't let me ask any questions at all. I need help getting instructions on how to use a laser engraver. Please reply with instructions on how to get the user manual or online manual. The machine is useless if I can't type. Thank you for your help and attention, and for your quick response and help.
