I didn't know I could fall in love with light. We've used these lanterns in and around our pantries for years, but as they "improved" their design, I was forced to look elsewhere. When I found her, I genuinely regretted not having found her sooner. They're very sensitive to motion and, unlike some lamps, work in low light rather than pitch black darkness (a problem where some lamps in a closet won't turn on when the rest of the room is well lit, rendering those lamps useless). I also LOVE that there are two levels of brightness and that they are magnetic! I took a pair on vacation and was able to easily stick them to surfaces like the fridge in our motel room so we could move around the room while our little one slept. They are perfect for navigating the hallways at night (why why didn't I find them sooner as I was constantly getting up in the middle of the night to feed my baby!?!?) or during power outages. I think I'll honestly be buying more to give as baby shower or housewarming gifts. LOVE THESE.
