Disappointment: Car Chargers

I loved this item. off by 0.4V. Moving on to the USB output it says each port is rated for 2.1A (4.2A total) but this is incorrect as each port outputs 1A. A 1A USB port is almost useless for charging phones/tablets in 2018. In the end my conclusion is that this item will likely stay on the shelf and never be used as I am not from the US and it would not be economical to return it.
