Easy way in making customers happy by being accessible!!!

I like how easy it is for my team members (customers)to manage their own account with me through this software! It's so simple you can't go wrong if they have any questions about anything related to booking services/packages etc..
They're able too change things around themselves without having someone else do everything all of them at once which makes life easier when we need help solving issues during peak times!! My only dislike would be maybe there shouldnt'be such high prices associated wtih using group minder but i guess thats just something u'll get used 2 lol! Great product overall great service provided also!!

Works well wth our clients as faras scheduling appointments goes & tracking time spent within client sessions.
Keeps track off hours worked by staff, hourly wages earned
The ability totalk directly into customer accounts thru phone calls
