I just bought a second camera. I really like these IR emitters. They are well built and a lot better looking than the usual big square IR emitters. They solve my main problem with our security camera with built in IR lights: the IR light next to the lens attracts a lot of bugs and really illuminates them. We got 20 or more motion alerts every night and they were all bugs and that was the lowest sensitivity I could get and I still got alerts for a real object moving around the garden. Now that this IR stream is a few feet away from the camera and IR cameras are disabled, I'm not getting any false motion alerts.
