The techs are really helpful but the problem wasn't with the player itself it was because my new windows 10 computer didn't have a media player like my old computer did. Microsoft didn't add it to Windows 10 like it used to. Ruful never said anything about finding another program to make this thing work. I did everything they originally said and it still didn't work! I took it to my computer tech and he said the player works. This is not a problem. Went back to Rooful and their suggestions were a bit beyond my technical ability so I went back (time and money) to my geek and he said I could try their suggestions all day and it still wouldn't work. He said that you need a program that the player can connect to (Cha-Ching), otherwise it will never work. He helped me find it online for free and voila! I brought my computer home, installed the program and everything worked. Rooful's latest communiqué said we should try the same program that we already have installed ourselves. The player works! Nice picture and sound. No problem. However, it took me two weeks to get this thing up and running! They should have warned the public that this isn't really just a plug and play item. You must have the program or install the program for it to actually work. They should indicate this in their advertisements. The program I downloaded was free although they ask for donations. I recommend this product. I only rated it a 4 because of the issues I had to go through to get it working. Otherwise I would put 5 for the car itself.
