Just put an alternator in my 98 12v Cummins AUTO.
Just installed an alternator on my 98 12v Cummins AUTO. I don't know if there is a difference between 5/6sp or not. But everything is hooked up just like my original. I only give 5 stars because this completely solved my problem. I know this is just the beginning and I should wait, but my original alternator broke and was only putting out 10 amps. Now the trucks are back where they should be. gratitude
