I bought this for my Logan lathe. It works great and everything was as advertised. The schematic was correct and easy to understand. The device requires 9-15 volts DC, but there is no mention of how much power the power supply is supposed to deliver. I first used a 9 volt battery with clamps and it worked great with the included magnet. However, with a 15V 200mA power supply, the magnet wasn't strong enough. I ended up using a 9V 300mA power supply and it works great. I just had to mount the magnet very close to the sensor. I used an ABS bushing with a drilled hole and glued a magnet into it. Then I glued the sleeve onto the spindle on the lathe. I tried to close it but the zip tie got in the way of the sensor.
