Seems like a good buy - 4XL fits 57 "
4XL has a maximum circumference of 57" when worn over pants (I used a tape measure). , but only because it has three vertical holes for each dot - for my "office casual" and "outdoor" summer needs it would be perfect (I paid less than $10 Prime so it was a great one Offer!). good thickness and double stitching on top and bottom.
