Review on 4.5 Inch Continuous Rim Diamond Saw Blade For Cutting by Jason Gay

I bought this blade to make a 3 foot long cut in an asphalt walkway just off my driveway. I did the cut using a Milwaukee circular saw and blade cut smoothly with no bucking and it only took about 3 minutes. I did the cut without water so it made a lot of dust at first. I then put my electric leaf blower on the ground pointing across the front path of the blade and ran it on low. This easily blew the dust away from the saw and me so I could easily watch the cut line. The cut depth maximum was 2 inches and it made a smooth cut through the aggregate and the blade still looked like new when I was done. The 18 year old asphalt was about 3" thick but snapped cleanly off at the 2" depth cut point when I pried it up with a grub hoe. I was not sure if this blade would work on not on asphalt as it was mainly for masonry but I am very happy it worked so well.
