The Orcam read was received on Monday and was not working. I called tech support 5 times, 2 times I reported a problem on the internet. I called Revane who put me in contact with tech support. All I ever get is someone calling you. They can't even tell you when like I'm on the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Finally called today. (1 week after receipt) The technician was very nice. She walked me through a few commands to see if we could get it working. Unfortunately there aren't any. She said she would call back tomorrow when her boss arrived to give permission for a replacement.
