The first minus: no instructions! Pros: Easy to understand. I tried 2 wired headsets with my iPhone 8+ and adapters but they didn't work. I was able to connect it immediately. The sound is clear, the volume control is convenient and easy to use. Those on the other end of the line said the sound was excellent and the background noise wasn't bothersome. I think 4 stars for comfort is just an attitude. It's strange that only one ear is closed. However, it is easier to talk to others in a room. Warning: The ear pads are very small compared to others, only about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. I am very happy with it and would buy it again.
