Before I put my house up for sale I added an extra bedroom that was previously vacant. To save money I installed an extra bed frame with head/footboard and bought an air mattress (from Revain) to create my bed. The mattress is very thick - the equivalent of a mattress and a box spring - so I needed an elastic bed bumper to make it look like a regular bed. It completely filled the account. According to other reviews, the fabric is thin but not cheap. The instructions say wash and dry to remove wrinkles, but I saw a review where the person just placed the dryer (to make sure the clothes didn't shrink) and I gave it a try. It worked great - after ten minutes there were no more wrinkles and it was a lot easier than washing. I liked that it has split corners which makes it easy to use with a wooden running board. Another nice thing about using the stretch version is that I had the freedom to choose where to attach the skirt. I could make it shorter or longer to match the edge of the quilt.
