I have worked at this agency as both an Account Manager & Recruitment Consultant over my career so far (which was less than 2 years). This Agency had some great people throughout its existence but it always struggled financially due to low demand from Clients/Candidates which led to very little revenue generated by any Candidate Attraction or Retention programs they ran. It also didn't help when there were many other agencies around who offered better deals/pricing compared to what ISGP charged. The culture within the office could sometimes get quite toxic towards Candidates if you made mistakes during interviews etc - even though your intentions may not necessarily be bad! You can expect a lot more negativity coming from management staff members after hours especially when things aren't going well. If you're looking for a stable long term role where you'll receive ongoing training then definitely consider working here. There's nothing really wrong per se just too much competition.
