Great value for money, sturdy and great for vacation!

Just cooked my first brisket in this oven and am very pleased. I highly doubted that 1) it wouldn't be big enough for a large roast and 2) it would be difficult to clean. Fully cut, it easily weighed 10 pounds and cleaning was a breeze. You can look elsewhere and find more durable pans for +$100, these at under $50 are totally worth it. I look forward to using this for ribs this holiday season.
