The platform is easy to use for all employees. It has an intuitive user interface which allows users of different levels (from IT specialists through office workers) to easily access their information without having any training or support required. I have not found anything that needs improvement at this moment in my opinion. There are no issues regarding usability as it offers simple navigation options allowing quick accessibility of information. We were able to manage our employee's privacy rights by creating separate policies and procedures according to each department they work within. This allowed us to ensure we comply fully with GDPR regulations so there was more consistency across departments.
