The platform helped me to automate my sales campaigns through machine learning models.The ability to integrate third party APIs using Zapier is superb too!Easy onboarding process for any type of users. Very quick response time from support team as well. It works like Magic with our marketing automation tool. No issues so far but I've heard about API rate limiting feature in the future which can be an issue if not setup right in advance. We need to understand how many requests we will do per hour/day and adjust accordingly (to avoid rate limit error). It has helped us achieve more than expected by automating manual tasks and saving a lot of work hours too! It does exactly it promises - automate the boring stuff to make you more productive.I'm able to easily schedule daily automated tasks without any human intervention. The ease of use, the scalability, and the fact that all of the required technology is available and built in. There is nothing to dislike about the platform. We've used nDimensional for years to help drive our business forward. We use their AI capabilities to improve our customer experience. There are some pretty amazing capabilities to help our clients grow their business.
