The ease of use! Our first experience with the software was fantastic, the support team was very helpful and kept in touch throughout our transition from another accounting system. It was easy to learn and customize to fit our needs. We are only 2 years into using the product but we have done everything that we can think of to make it work better for us. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. No complaints. I highly recommend this program as it is user friendly and has all the features needed for our business. We use it to track inventory, receive emails regarding orders, manage employees and much more. Since we transitioned to Fidelity, we no longer had to rely on multiple spreadsheets to keep up with information.
