Stains after first use

Coasters look very nice just like the picture. We really enjoyed using them, but after the first use they were quite noticeable and permanently stained. We've tried wiping it off with water, but it didn't help. I would give them 5 stars based on how they look but I have to give them 2 because they are durable.
