Review on Alterian Real-Time CX Platform by Brent Borseth

The integration with all our apps, ability for customization within every level from first line employees down through supervisors/managers in order provide feedback and insights into issues or opportunities where they are most needed makes this product one you must have! We love it!! Nothing so far but we do not use some features like survey tracking which would be great if available (we will try again when ready). It's an amazing tool at bringing together everyone involved within your organization as well helping them understand how their actions impact others' experiences throughout out journey.
