Fantastic platform to bring about culture change

The integration with all our apps, ability for customization within every level from first line employees down through supervisors/managers in order provide feedback and insights into issues or opportunities where they are most needed makes this product one you must have! We love it!! Nothing so far but we do not use some features like survey tracking which would be great if available (we will try again when ready). Great Customer Service Management Software

I like how its adaptable, it can be used for any kind of business or organization. It's great that the price is reasonable as well, which makes it more accessible for any business to use. The thing i dislike is that sometimes it lags, you have to wait a little bit before responding to an email or making changes to your account. If you are looking for a tool that will help with the customer service department, this is the one! You can manage everything from one place, and if there is any issue…
