This headset is fragile. I had two of these and both broke in the same place. The plastic that attaches the earpiece to the temple spring is thin and brittle. After the first broke, I was even more careful with the second. It broke this week. First purchase September 2020. The first return was outside of Revain's returns window and I had to pay shipping to ship the unit back to Plantronics. They replaced the device but now I have the exact same problem. Should I pay again? or spend money on a better headset. I've always liked Plantronics products, but this one is just horrible in design.
