Excellent replacement at a minimal price. All the tools to get the job done are included. Easy and fast. Once you've reached the remote, simply unplug and plug in the fancy joystick and you're good to go. It took about 15-20 minutes per controller and I'm not used to fixing electronic parts. I took a chance because the new controllers are very expensive.
