After years and many sets of sheets I finally found what I was looking for. Crispy, smooth, comfortable to sleep on. These sheets came out of the dryer and were ready to be used on the bed. Even the top edge was smooth and enlarged. What I didn't know beforehand: 100% cotton is only half the formula. More threads only created more folds. My mother always told me to use 220 count sheets. No longer available. What she didn't say, however, was make sure it was cotton PERCAL. This special finish makes the difference. I was concerned that 350 levels would affect the readability of the sheet. Not so. I also liked the extra width and length of the flat sheet. It fits a queen bed with the perfect amount on each side and is just long enough to tuck in and has a decent amount to fold down duvets. I'm so glad I bought them.
