I can confirm that this nozzle works with AERLANG massage guns, one of which I accidentally bought. The main difference I found between the cheaper guns and the real Theragun are the attachments, all that came with my gun are HARD and have unstable rebound on the bones and cartilage. This attachment fixes that and there are far fewer bumps and jumps on the harder parts of the body. The massage also feels better on the muscles. This makes it more like percussion therapy than a jackhammer through your body. It's firmer than I expected from the pictures, but it's definitely softer than the standard attachments that come with inexpensive massage guns. The color and design go well with all my other attachments. The slick material seems to soak up lotion and body oils from anything it touches, gets greasy easily, I'll clean it often with a microfiber cloth, but other than that it's great. Comes in a small box with information about Recoverfun and high quality pictures showing usage and dimensions. kept in the box with a small piece of polyethylene foam. It doesn't last much, so I can't speak to durability, but if you're going to use it on your body for its intended purpose, rather than dragging it across concrete or playing with your dog, it should hold up well to daily use. UPDATE - Does not fit the Astamania Mini massage gun, the neck is a bit big and it fits VERY tight. It seems entirely possible to grind the outer ring of the attachment's neck where it enters the percussion gun to reduce the outside diameter enough to fit the mini massage gun smoothly. Just a fraction of a millimeter thick.
