I bought this headlight for my truck to act as a warning light for roadside work. On a positive note, the extension cord fits my purposes is long enough and the switching system is intuitive.The brackets had to be used in an unconventional way, but it was manageable.Unfortunately, this light falls short of several aspects: First, the light is only really bright when you look straight ahead, even at night (side view bad at best).hard spring.The spring is so stiff that it doesn't compress the connection enough to make a good connection.I've already noticed that this bulb periodically turns off during use because of the contact on the back of the cigarette lighter connector is bad (yes, I've tried at least 3 separate ports and can definitely do that v attributed to a spring that is almost impossible to compress with your finger).
