Works just like the original.
I gave the product 4 stars because the description said the switch only works in the driver's seat. After comparing photos to my broken unit, I realized that it also looked like a passenger switch, so I took a chance that it should work in the passenger seat as well. It works just like the original and snaps into place with no issues. The description should say it works on both the passenger side and the driver side.
