Easy to use, easy setup & integration with other services such as Salesforce or Google Cloud is seamless - it's just one click away for me! Everything works well so far but I'm looking forward even better integrations including Slack (which has been requested already).

The customer support team are very responsive when having questions about integrating their software into my system which was not always an issue before they entered this market space recently.- You can only be logged-in once per session/device if using mobile apps instead of browser version where multiple sessions could have happened simultaneously without any problems at all previously.- Mobile app doesn't show chat history unless user clicks "show conversations" button every now again after scrolling down through messages that were sent earlier during same conversation window since some time ago. This seems like UI / UX error from them given there isn.
