I bought this handle to use as a grinding tool on a lathe. Unfortunately, these knobs don't have the flexible shaft or connectors designed to fit this round slotted drive knob. Having paid less than the current retail price, I plan to keep the "Stainless Steel Flex Shaft Rotary Chuck Handle Tool" and make a fitting to mount the drive motor to this handle. This grip feels good and the bearing feels smooth otherwise I wouldn't bother with it. If you are not capable of making small precision parts (I have a lathe and a milling machine), you are probably better off choosing another product.
