All PSUs read PG 100ms (which doesn't mean you have a bad PSU), the PG reading is not accurate at all. Other items may be accurate, but without full dyno testing it's hard to say. Just be careful with cables connecting to the GPU as they produce a lot of watts up front. I would probably skip this test just to be on the safe side. Especially the additional 4-pin connector. Don't go there at all. Go somewhere else! All test units will smoke and burn with a high-quality power supply with dual GPU power cables. You must stop smoking. LOLDDirections would be nice as a required security feature. I hope my 3 GPU to PSU connections aren't blown.
