I updated my two kids so I'm pretty good now. I have a hospital grade electric pump and a cordless pump. Both work well, the electric pump removes my milk completely. I had to buy this pump because I'm going on a short trip to South America and the voltage there is 220 and the pumps I have are 110. I was only given this little pump for these 3 days and today I tried it on one breast and electrically on the other breast so I can compare how much milk is coming from it and let me tell you. She gave exactly the same amount of milk as the electric one. A good 12 ounces per breast! I'm very satisfied as I didn't want my milk supply to decrease because I wasn't able to completely empty my breasts at the time. The electric and cordless pumps cost over $400 each. If it weren't for the fatigue of using my hand I'd probably just sell these 2 and keep this little one for myself. Authorized!
