We used 1/8 in. x 500 ft. Mophorn stainless steel cable railing, 316 wire rope, marine grade, braided aircraft cable for our new porch/deck. We live on the water and don't want to get heavy wooden railings so we can sit there and still enjoy the water view. It's great Google DYI rope railing!
