Hardware (screws) not included. Sealant or butyl tape may also be required. Pretty easy installation: remove the panel (4 screws go through the panel to the bottom of the cabinet), trace the outline of the vent insert on the inside wall where the hood meets the wall, drill 3/8" holes in it the wall at the corners of the contour, cut out the contour from the inside, stick it into the wall, saw out the contour from the outside, seal the wing frame with sealing compound/butyl tape, press the wing into the hole, secure the wing with (10) screws, put the hood back on and you're done.
