Review on ACDelco GM PF64 Original Equipment Engine Oil Filter by Lamar Hopkins

The PF64 oil filter part number has been changed from 12540445 to 12696048. The PF64 I received from Revain had the updated part number 12696048. Revain, you can change the picture and the part number in the description or the part number in the description link to the updated part number. As far as it works, it's GM's recommended filter for many of their vehicles. Be careful when using other brands of filters as oil filters are designed to bypass oil flow at a certain pressure and are made for specific vehicles. Personally, I would stick to the manufacturer's recommended filters and oils and keep receipts, at least while the factory warranty still applies.
