The customer service is excellent! I have had several questions regarding my contract renewal since signing up over 2 years ago that were never answered in an appropriate timeframe or manner by their support team - so it's been very frustrating at times when trying to work out what they're actually going to do next year (or if anything will be done!). They are definitely pushing towards cloud-based solutions now which makes sense given how much of our business we deal with online but there doesn't seem to really any benefits yet as far as functionality goes. We've also found many features/capabilities missing from some modules compared with other competitors products such as Salesforce CRM etc., like custom fields not being supported within LeadPages campaigns despite them having similar names / branding to ours eg. 'customer' vs "lead" field type). Also would love.
