Works on my 2018 Acura TLX and my Uniden R3

Worked beautifully and was very easy to install. There is a video on YouTube of a guy using a similar cable with his Acura RLX. Connect it to the red and black inputs of the cable and you're done. The only thing is that the cable is a bit short and has a gap to get out of the rearview mirror housing. Otherwise it works great and I would buy it again. If you can find a cheaper one with the smallest taps, this is the only connector you need. big 2 don't fit.
