    Great product - very easy to use

    It was great it helped me to install the radar detector and connect it to the power supply in the rearview mirror. It was so easy and looks amazing. It's also really nice to have three pin size options. Great product at a great price.

    Best Value Direct Connect Taps

    Great alternative to other expensive direct wire options. Simply connect to a mirror or other power source in the headliner. Please note that I gave 5 stars for the suction because it is corded and there are no suction cups. Do you think the company chose this rating category incorrectly?

    Doesn't work for Escort Max 360

    I have a Max360 and even though the pins are in the right places the radar detector won't turn on. It should be noted (not sure if this matters) that the escort cable only has 4 wires inside, and there are 6. I don't know why it doesn't turn on, but it doesn't. I couldn't use any of them in the kit.

    Worked on my DFR 9 in a 2018 Chevy Colorado

    Easy install no problem installing in my 2018 Colorado. The cover behind the mirror was removed to access the factory connector. There are several YouTube videos demonstrating this. I have attached the pinout of the connector with connection points. In the picture you can see the connector from the side of the car without disconnecting it.

    Valentine A user, reverse polarity wire

    I determined my +/- on my car with a voltmeter. Inserted red in + and black in -. That does not work. I checked the radar wiring to make sure it has power and it is. I have checked/verified the original V1 cable and found that the cable is reversed. Finally I connected red to "-" and black to "+" and it worked! Your polarity may be correct for other brands but not for V1.

    Best value for money Spiegelhahn

    I had different versions of the product 'Spiegelhahn', from the very expensive 'OG' to the old eBay which Revain is now copying. This one is on the low end but still great and will do the job. The phone jacks could be better but the mesh and RJ11 jacks are pretty good and have a boost for the RJ jack. I had to cut 2 to extend the wire (it was really 15 inches but it wasn't enough to get to the mirror tap in the 2020 WRX STI) but it worked like a charm. Definitely recommend it.

    Allowed me to connect my Uniden R7 to my car and motorbike!

    With 3 different cables with different pin sizes it's easy to connect power to my Porsche Cayman (981) and the fact that the cables are sleeved makes for a clean install. Move from the button compartment on the ceiling under the mirror. Used the leftover cable to connect the R7 to my bike as well. A little more work and soldering was required as there was no switchable power supply within reach of the cable, but that worked.

    Works on my 2018 Acura TLX and my Uniden R3

    Worked beautifully and was very easy to install. There is a video on YouTube of a guy using a similar cable with his Acura RLX. Connect it to the red and black inputs of the cable and you're done. The only thing is that the cable is a bit short and has a gap to get out of the rearview mirror housing. Otherwise it works great and I would buy it again. If you can find a cheaper one with the smallest taps, this is the only connector you need. big 2 don't fit.

    Excellent kit for direct connection of the Escort Radar Detector!

    This straight line radar detector power cable is great! Very easy to install and saves money! I used to have to go to my local Custom Auto Shop (EAS) here in Colorado Springs to install the radar detector wiring for my cars. But that was BEFORE I knew about this product. They charged $80 for a job that took me 5 minutes! For most cars and trucks, all you need to do is select the correct size wire (pins) from the set of three they will send you for your specific rear view mirror connector. . Onโ€ฆ
