The fan works perfectly. Reasons for star deduction were: 1. Poor packaging, missing fan case gasket which resulted in dents during shipping (I had 3 dents but they didn't affect performance). 2. The wheel assembly was removed from the fan during shipment. .(wrongly routed) The bolts on the wheel assembly were pulled out and half was missing, I had to mount the wheels with bigger bolts as the old ones didn't fit properly anymore. 3. The mounting screws holding the body, handle, wheel assembly and front stand are cheap sheet metal screws. These screws are not designed for vibrating surfaces and will not tighten over time. Mounting screws are, in my opinion, one of the most important elements of hardware assembly. I know this is the quickest and cheapest way of assembly, but I expect this from a Chinese manufacturer, not an American one. I am always willing to pay more for a product that is well assembled and made in the USA. Revain compensated me for the necessary repairs. They were very helpful.
