Significant price reduction compared to the prices in household appliance stores. Everything is working fine so far, but it's only been a few months. ATTENTION when installing (especially when removing the old one) because if you are not very careful you will lose the connector on the back and you will have to move out of reach to reconnect it. Also make sure the oven is unplugged - the unit will still have power when the 'Bake' switch is in the 'Off' position. The only disappointment was that there were supposed to be instructions but you can find plenty of youtubes and websites with the procedure. BE CAREFUL! It's probably better to have a "buddy" with you.
