Great Company, great product! They have a fantastic live agent app and website that I've used extensively. I was having trouble getting my mobile number ported into the live system, so I contacted VCC and got a prompt response within 24 hours. They had no issue taking over my old number and porting it into the new system. I've had no problems since. VCC Live is absolutely worth the money and should be a requirement for any company looking to go live with a contact center. One thing they do very poorly (or maybe don't) is provide an automated test script or some other method of testing when you first register your account - this will save you time as well as ensure that everything goes smoothly during setup. Another good feature would be a way to get more information from them regarding how many agents there are per shift/hour/day etc.. Also, if someone wanted to make use of VCC Live's call recording capabilities, I'd like to know whether that capability exists outside of the standard plan.
