VoipTools has a broad range of tools to help the user create a robust Call Center. The web interface for the software was very slow, and did not load properly. For example, I tried to connect to the web interface via my cell phone. However, the screen would appear frozen, and I could see my IP address and phone number displayed, but no actual information. This happened several times during the testing.
