They have made a lot of improvements over the past few months.

They have done a lot of improvements over the last year or so. A couple of years ago, it was only possible to import phone numbers from CSV files, now it's possible to use data from various sources including social media. In addition, they have a free version available. It works great, but does lack some features of the paid versions. They have many integrations and APIs available. VoIP Tools provides a wide range of tools to help the user create a robust call center.

VoipTools has a broad range of tools to help the user create a robust Call Center. The web interface for the software was very slow, and did not load properly. For example, I tried to connect to the web interface via my cell phone. However, the screen would appear frozen, and I could see my IP address and phone number displayed, but no actual information. This happened several times during the testing. They do provide some training material, however it is difficult to find, as there are…

The app works very well. There are some minor issues with the UI, but they are easy to fix.

I am impressed with the UI and ease of use. It's almost perfect.I have only encountered two problems.1) If you select the default auto attendant from the settings menu (default 'Call Me' ) it does not work correctly. Instead of pressing 1 to answer the call, the system hangs. You have to press 0 and it will work.2) Sometimes when making calls the application crashes without warning. This happens especially if you make many calls in a row. Usually after about 20 calls. In those cases you have to
