I have two sets, both in the mid-weight range. First set was a large (grey), second set ordered was also a large but was slightly smaller than the first set, returned it for a extra large (navy). The wool is so fine knit and so comfortable as a base layer against my skin. I like wool and have no issue wearing it so I don't find it at all uncomfortable. The shirt has longer length sleeves and a longer length body making it easy to wear under other shirts without it riding up. Same with the pants, they are a little longer in the leg, I have a 29" inseam and find them to be long enough to go to my ankles. Again, really great for layering.
