Ideal for OEM pump. After I cleaned the windshield washer reservoir from dirt, it became clear why the OEM pump failed. The replacement pump comes with a new bushing that has a strainer molded as part of the bushing that was not included with the original pump. This was easy to install on my element, just tighten the push pins on the inner fender well. Plan to have some spare pins ready as they will become brittle and break. 10mm and 8mm pins are used.
