Counterfeit product, counterfeit

When first opened the tip did not fit properly because the area around the hole was not properly cut. I cut this off and tried to insert the tip inwards but the tip wouldn't snap, freely rotated and moved in and out. It doesn't look like a factory part, it seems fake and useless. I would like to send it back as I have already used it. I doubt I can but it's a piece of junk please don't waste your money.
