Dislikes: I bought a Galaxy A51 to replace my old J7 which I bought 3 years ago for less than $200 but the signal strength of this phone has been very weak from day one, it only shows a signal bar ( LTE above). My old J7 even had 3-4 bars (4G). Screenshot combo doesn't work on this phone. When I use this phone as a hotspot for my laptop, the video keeps stopping. I called T-Mobile for help and was told that the T-Mobile network probably didn't recognize this phone because it wasn't purchased from a T-Mobile store, and the T-Mobile technician suggested that the phone be manually repaired to register with the Tower or T-Netz -Mobil. . He also instructed me to factory reset my phone. When I performed a reset and tried turning the phone off to complete the reset, the POWER button refused to turn off - Bixby popped up instead - and installing Bixby was the ONLY suggested option. I agreed and thought Bixby could help turn off the phone - I was wrong! Bixby now controls my phone's POWER BUTTON. My POWER button no longer turns my phone on and off - now only Bixby pops up when I press the power button. I will be buying a phone from my carrier (T-Mobile) and returning this phone. I need a work phone - it doesn't matter.
