I take about twenty pills a day. This organizer makes life easier. Every Wednesday I take the time and trouble to fill it, and then I don't need to bother again for a full week. Each day receptacle has four compartments that snap open and close securely. The organizer itself has a magnetic clasp. The organizer is blatantly vinyl, but it really doesn't matter. I'm very glad I purchased it!
