The product has excellent adhesion and a pleasant smell. I have used on two indoor basements and it works well. Make sure to patch large tears first and apply 2-3 coats, allowing adequate drying time between coats. Doesn't replace external waterproofing, but works like the next best thing when paired with an internal perimeter drainage system. You can use a silane siloxane concrete sealer to prime the concrete first if you happen to have bare concrete walls and allow to dry before application.
