Review on Enhanced SEO: SolisTek Double Ended Dimmable Digital Ballast by William Auditore

The built in timer is a nice feature but I have three of these ballasts and one of them randomly changes power about twice a month. Annoying as hell. I also had issues with another one not restarting properly with timer settings after brief power outages. Considering this and the high price, I will not buy them again. UPDATE: The one who changes the wattage started doing this daily so I swapped out the bulbs for another one of my Solis Teks and now they both work fine. Update 2: The one who randomly changes the power just decided to lose the timer setting for no reason and it runs all the time by default. Ridiculous. I will be contacting Solis Tek regarding their 3 year warranty. Last update: Solis Tek asked me to send back the defective ballast but it took 6 weeks to replace it with a new one. Then another - not a substitute - started to do the same! I now have all three of my Solis Teks running on a mechanical timer and they work fine. To be clear, this depends on the manufacturer, not the seller. Two thumbs down. Unreliable product, slow customer service.
