Review on Yieldigo by David Stewart

I like that it is very easy (and free)to use! It has helped us understand our customers better than ever before by allowing me access into my customer's account information from anywhere at any time which was something we could not do previously using other services such as Salesforce or Zuora etc.. The only thing i dislike about this service would be if you have multiple accounts within your organization then when trying to navigate between different ones its difficult because there are no tabs so everything just gets jumbled together - but thats really nit picking haha!! Overall great product-its allowed more transparency & insight across all clients/accounts without having employees physically visit each client location.- allows easier communication throughout team via email vs actually meeting face 2face.
