I used the product as directed, it removed my hair but also removed a few layers of skin! I have a few layers of skin on my chin and above my upper lip. I thought I would pass out when I saw this. Now my skin is just ripped off and I'm laying there trying to sleep with bacitracin on my face because I don't know what else to do to heal the damage. I am very sad. I can't go out to do maintenance like waxing or nail polish and I was really excited about this product. I'm not just depressed.
